Easy setting, exceptional staff.

An absolutely amazing way to end my trip.

Comfortable and stunningly beautiful hotel, had really amazing stay.

We got room with beautiful decor and a good-sized bathroom to relax. The location was great and absolutely perfect in the quiet area. Btw, a train station was near the hotel.

The location was brilliant, nearby the train station. In Il Bebo's you could have Indian meals. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, central heating and an iron inside the room.

We got an upgrade to a neat and soundproof room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and exceptional people that was on shift.

The room was luxury and light with a private safe, a sofa bed and central heating.

Magnificent location, 1 km from city centre. Units for such a large bed.

The rooms are very well decorated and to a very high standard although can be a bit tight getting into the bathroom, staff are very friendly and probably some of the best I have come across on my stays around the country, breakfast was very good value and well presented , much better staying here than the branded hotels next door

Car parking not the best, a high curb to enter doesn't agree with a normal size car and catches underneath on entry and exit and you have to pay £10.00 for the privilege

Easy access to transportation

I really enjoyed the cozy vibe and the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, only a short walk from both shops and the tube station.

The staff displayed really good kindness, going out of their way to offer assistance with my luggage, made for a warm welcome. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. A generous supply of tea and coffee added a nice touch. The shower pressure could have been better, and the pillows were lacking for my preference, so I recommend bringing your own if needed. The nearby pub offered convenient dining options.

Perfect home away from home.

We visited Twickenham and enjoyed the local pubs. The location is ideal for these outings, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was made to order. Just a heads up, the parking can be tricky, and street parking can be hard to find, so plan ahead!

Everything went smoothly.

This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and clean rooms. On my first visit, the staff helped me find local attractions, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay. Coming back next year!

The room was cozy with a comfy bed. It felt a bit tight though, and the bathroom was super cramped. I really liked the warm decor, but there were some weird issues like the shower having low pressure and the occasional street noise. The towels were limited and didn't feel fresh, a bit disappointing.
